Timothy E. Brent Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Timothy E. Brent was born in Detroit on February 26, 1950 to Robert and Donna Brent. Timothy passed away on July 11, 2022 at the age of 72 at his home in Macomb Township. Tim very proudly served his country in the United States Airforce serving during the Vietnam War. Tim was honorably discharged from the Airforce in 1972 at the rank of Sergeant having been awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the Airforce Commendation Medal. Tim spent his working years working for TACOM retiring in 2006. Tim was a man of many interests and those that knew him knew his love of sports. It was not unusual for Tim to be found watching a hockey or baseball game or to be found in the tee box at one of the local golf courses. Tim also was a man of adventure and loved to travel. Tim was fond of traveling across the United States and seeing the beauty of our country. It was probably this love of seeing the country that bolstered Tim's passion of painting. His family fondly remembers the landscape paintings that Tim would create on blank canvas. Above all else though Tim loved his family. His wife, his daughters and grandkids were always close in his heart. Tim is the beloved husband of Debbie. Loving father of Sara Colton and Elisabeth Brent. Proud Grandpa of Alyssa Kneip, Justin Colton and Luke Colton. Dearest brother of Robert (Mary) Brent. Visitation Friday 10 AM until 2 PM with a funeral service beginning at 2 PM at the Wasik Funeral Home, Inc 49150 Schoenherr Rd. (n. of 22 Mile Rd.), Shelby Twp. Memorial Contributions in Tim's memory may be directed to the Vietnam Veterans of America.
