Rudolph V. Unger passed away at the age of 73, on October 26, 2020 in Clinton Township. He was born on January 2, 1947 to Joseph and Katharina (Gantschir) in Linz, Austria. Beloved husband of 47 loving years to Fara (Brancaleone). Loving and devoted father of Kristina (Michael) Sanders, Joseph (Jordan) Unger and Danielle (John) Barrett. Loving and proud grandfather of Brendan, Peter, and Alexandra Sanders; and Johnny and Brooks Barrett. Dear brother in law of Nick Brancaleone and Paul (Lori) Brancaleone. Rudolph retired from Chrysler and took on many hobbies of putting together WWII Models, watching Westerns, being social and talking to just about everyone and anyone, more importantly spending time with his grandchildren and his family. Visitation will be on Sunday 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Wasik Funeral Home, Inc., 49150 Schoenherr Rd. (N. of 21 Mile Rd.) Shelby Twp. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Twp.
