Paul T. "Kip" Comerford III

July 15, 1943 - February 14, 2022

Paul T. "Kip" Comerford III, of Warren, passed away Monday, February 14, 2022, at the age of 78. He was born July 15, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Paul T. II and Jeanne Comerford. Paul attended St. James Catholic High School in Ferndale, MI. He was the oldest of 7 siblings. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Paul took pride in his work ethic and retired from AAA. Paul loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially vacationing in Northern Michigan at his parents home in Arcadia. He and his wife Pat recently celebrated 51 years of marriage. Paul enjoyed many hobbies, golfing, bowling, card club and cruising on his Harley Davidson. Paul will be remembered for his warm smile and infectious laugh. Beloved husband of Patricia. Dearest father of Pamela (Robert) Ybarra, Kimberly (Jeff Sutton) Baldes, and Katherine (Roger) Silva. Loving grandfather of Joshua, Ashley, Rafael, Angelina, James and great grandfather of Jonah, Noah, and Aceton. Dear brother of David (Sharon), Brian (Marcia), Jeanne (James), the late Ward (Linda), and the late Kerry (Dianne). Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Memorial visitation Thursday 2-8 p.m. at the Wasik Funeral Home, Inc., 11470 Thirteen Mile Road (West of Hoover) Warren. Instate Friday 10 a.m. until a 10:30 a.m. Memorial Mass at St. Faustina Parish, 14025 Twelve Mile (East of Schoenherr) Warren. Inurnment of ashes at Great Lakes National Cemetery at a later date.
