Frank Edward Bruneel Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Frank Edward Bruneel was born on January 20, 1931. On August 1, 2022 he left us to join his wife of 67 years, Mary Ann (Maca) Bruneel. Frank was a member of the Local 80 sheet metal Union and later became a part owner of Curbs and Damper products and CDP Environmental. He was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Navy and served in the Korean War. He coached little league baseball and hockey for many years. He loved being on his boat, fishing and relaxing at the marina. He was a fan of the Detroit Red Wings, Detroit Tigers and Michigan football. Frank supported Boys Town and St. Jude Children's Hospital. Frank loved to be surrounded by his family. Frank was also lovingly known as Dad, Papa Frank, and Pops. Awesome father of son, Frank (Geralyn) Bruneel and daughter, Connie (Patrick) Hennigan. Supportive grandfather to Frank (Stacie) Bruneel, Kimberly (Dave) Wiita, Shannon Dave) Mydlowski, Patrick (Jenny) Hennigan and Nicole Bruneel. Proud Great grandfather to Franke, Elisabeth, Brianna, Aubrey, Ellie, Natalie, Nathan, Alexis, Lilly, Julianna, Gracie and Patrick. Visitation 2:00 – 7:00 p.m. with a 6:30 p.m. Rosary on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at the Wasik Funeral Home – Gendernalik Chapel, 35259 – 23 Mile Road, New Baltimore. Instate at 9:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Mass on Friday, August 5, 2022 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 95 Market Street, Mt. Clemens. Memorials may be made to Boys Town.
