She was born on July 30, 1917 to Daniel and Rose (Ermilich) Ulbrich in Columbia, Ohio. Beloved wife of the late Matt Mazick. Loving and devoted mother of Martha (Lawrence) Michalak. Loving grandmother of Andrea (Mark) Rowinski and Richard (Salene) Michalak. Proud and loving great grandmother of Rebecca, Richelle, and Jacob. Predeceased by her great grandson Andrew Rowinski and her siblings; Clark, Daniel, Irma and Willa. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at www.wasikfuneralhome.com.
