Delores Marie Kaye

October 11, 1935 - December 13, 2021

Delores Marie Wolschon - Cremeens - Kaye (aka Delores Kaye), 86, of Chesterfield Township, MI, passed away on December 13th, 2021. She was born to parents Gottfried Wolschon and Martha Metz, on October 11th, 1935 in Detroit, MI. She graduated from Denby Technical & Preparatory High School in 1953. Delores worked with Anchor Bay Schools Cafeteria with her mom Martha Keeler. Delores also worked as a Supervisor of Housekeeping for over 25 years for The Village of East Harbor. She retired from there in 2008 and lived there for the last 2 years of her life. She enjoyed Reading, Words with Friends, Scrabble, acquiring billions on Zynga Poker, and watching Pickleball on line. She always love music and in her early years she loved to dance. She believes in Jesus Christ in whom she trusts for her eternal life. We believe we will see her dance once again. In 1998 she performed a vocal duet with her son in the show "My Upmost for his Highest" in New Baltimore, MI. Delores is survived by her son Blair Cremeens, daughter in-law Morn Cremeens, Granddaughter Ariana Cremeens, and Granddaughter Evelina Cremeens. She was preceded in death by her first husband Floyd Houston Cremeens, second husband Henry Kaye, and brother Milton Wolschon. A memorial service is being planned by the family for January 8th, 2022. The Event will take place at Gendernalik Funeral home in New Baltimore. Visitation starts at 10:00am, Service at 12:30 p.m. Her Son, Deputy Chief Chaplain Blair Cremeens will officiate the ceremony with other guest speakers.
