Barbara Ann Kaminski

Barbara Ann Kaminski passed away Thursday, June 9, 2022, at the age of 81. She was born July 25, 1940 in Detroit, Michigan to Edward and Mary Ann Gniatczyk. Barbara was a very devout Catholic and proud of her religious faith. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Martin de Porres Church in Warren. She was a enthusiastic person and took great pride in caring for her family. Her family was her passion and spending time with her grandchildren and baking cookies for them was her favorite pastime and brought her true joy. Her true love was for her husband, Robert, he truly was her one true love. Barbara is remembered as a great listener who loved the holidays. She will be truly missed by all who knew her. Beloved wife of 57 years to the late Robert. Dearest mother of Julie (Leo) Sullivan, Vickie Denny and Kathy (Michael) Powers. Loving grandmother of Leo and Megan Sullivan; Matthew, Courtney, Catherine, Adam, Alexis and Robert Denny; Michael and Marisa Powers and great grandmother of Layken and Bryson Denny. Dear sister of Larry (Janet) Gniatczyk and sister-in-law of Betty (Dave) Wickman and Ronald Kaminski. Adored aunt of Katelyn Wickman, Laura (Dave) Byars, Jeff (Kara) Gniatczyk and Jonathan (Leslie) Gniatczyk. Also survived by many loving great nieces and great nephews. Barbara will lie instate Monday from 9 a.m. until a 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Martin de Porres Parish, 31555 Hoover Road (South of Masonic) Warren. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations addressed to St. Martin de Porres Church are preferred.
