Robert C. Pazdzierz

Robert C. Pazdzierz was born in Detroit on November 7, 1946 to Joseph and Mary Pazdzierz. Bob passed away on July 7, 2023 at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township at the age of 76. Bob was a very loyal employee at Ford Motor Company. During his time with Ford, Bob was granted patent approval for intellectual property from the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Bob retired from his day to day at Ford after 37 1/2 years of dedicated service. Not one to sit around in retirement, Bob found a great use of his time fundraising for United Way representing Ford Motor Company. Outside of work, Bob was deeply devoted to his faith and his family. Bob and his wife Diana were both heavily involved in their faith community of St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church, having been founding members of the church back in 1991. Bob was the well loved chairperson of the Parish Council where he held the chair for 18 years. Bob's involvement at St. Therese also extended to his involvement with the St. Therese of Lisieux Knights of Columbus. Bob was always around with the fundraising for the Knights volunteering his time as a trustee and running the Knights lottery. Bob was also a staple at the Knights of Columbus Lenten Friday Fish Frys at the church. Bob became quite well known in the community for his witty banter and jokes that he told while emceeing these spring time dinners. He is the beloved husband of 53 years of Diana. Loving father of Renée (Glen) Ursaki, Bryan (Crystal Cooper) Pazdzierz, and Laura Lee (Jason) Choppa. Very proud Papa of Justin Ursaki, Hailey Ursaki, Hunter Pazdzierz, Hannah Ursaki, Gracie Choppa, and Quinn Glendenning. Dearest brother of Joseph (Barbara) Paz. Visitation Friday 4-8 PM with a 7 PM K of C Rosary at the Wasik Funeral Home, Inc. 49150 Schoenherr Rd. (n. of 22 Mile Rd.), Shelby Twp. Instate Saturday 9:30 AM until 10 AM Funeral Mass at St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church 48115 Schoenherr Rd. (n. of 21 Mile Rd.), Shelby Twp. Interment will be private at Christian Memorial Cultural Center Cemetery in Rochester Hills.
